About
Atthasit Sukkham has broad experience in prehistoric and historic ceramic studies, maritime archaeology and museums in a career.
He was graduated bachelor of arts degree at Department of Archaeology, Faculty of Archaeology, Silpakorn University, Bangkok, Thailand in class of 2005, master of arts degree in prehistoric archaeology, Faculty of Archaeology, Silpakorn University, Bangkok, Thailand in class of 2010 and was granted the summer research in archaeology field school scholarship at Southern Methodist University, Taos Campus, New Mexico, USA in 2010 this was supported by Henry Luce Foundation and American Council of Learned Societies. He was contract and consultant archaeologist for arcaheological research and reconstruction company subcontracted of the Fine Arts Department of Thailand's projects (2005-2007) and was research assistant in acadamic research project at "Living Angkor Road Project, phase II" and "The Research Project on the Reletionship of The Ancient Through Present Culture for the Development of Cultural and Civilization Database for GMS and Malay Peninsula Regions" funding supported by Thailand Research Funds (2007-2010).
He is currently a reserach curator in Southeast Asian Ceramics Museum, Bangkok University, Rangsit Campus, Pathum Thani, Thailand. He has published many publication in Thailand and international journals.
